Many folk traditions say that on February 29th, a woman should propose to her man. In Greek tradition if he refuses, he must buy the fabric to make her next skirt. In Denmark if a man refuses, he must give her 12 pairs of gloves. So, who's going to take the leap this year and get down on one knee? C'mon ladies, how cool would that be? And since Leap Day is a day you should do something out of the ordinary, why not ask your local barista to write, "Marry Me?" in your man's latte foam? Seriously! How could he refuse? And if he did, he should compensate with a lifetime supply of coffee.
